sometimes you come across that little thing, so beautiful, it moves your gut feelings & you obsess about it (click click) all day long. this (click click) is 2 minutes 56 of a true jewel. just wanted to share.
thanks for sharing, Valerie. This image is great. Sometimes I find it incredible at which points between the rocks and stones still trees, grass and flowers are growing. Beautiful.

ReplyDeleteI'm taking some out of town guest to see the mighty redwoods in a couple of weeks. They are from Iowa. The wife, has been my pen pal since I was 11 years old, and we have been writing to each other since then. We have never met, and will get to meet for the first time on Feb.15th. I did a post about it a while back.

I can't get that video to play for me (i think my "fast connection" is too slow). I once read an amazing article in the new yorker on the redwoods, and since then I've also had deep affection for a forest that I can only just imagine.

I was lucky enough to bicycle through there and camp on the ground under these beautiful giants. Thank you for sharing this Valerie, and thank you for your recent visits. Really meant so much to me!
