we're having a sunny 3 day weekend (monday is a holiday in france). i have to stay in during the warm hours (i'm so overjoyed i can write that !!) and i managed to make 20 meters of bias from some of my Libertys for some baby items that are in progress (i'm not pregnant ! these are for sale !) we have also started eating outdoors in the evening. in my opinion, the closest feeling to being on vacation ! life's good, people !
:: lazy coconut macaroons ::
1/3 cup flour
2 1/4 cups dessicated coconut
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1tsp vanilla essence
the kids can participate & shape them like mountains, it feels like (sticky) playdough : how fun ! bake these on a baking sheet 10 minutes or so in a medium oven until edges are golden. 12-16 servings. yum !
we're heading to the hoedic island this monday, very early morning. so you might see a few pictures tomorrow if the light is not too bright : the ferry schedule 9.30/4pm doesn't care for my photographer's wishes !

quelle chance Valerie, je suis sure que tu as bien profité de ce week end ensoleillé....ici c est la cata, un week end tres pluvieux et surtout une fraicheur digne de fin d automne...bref j espere que nous pourrons venir en France le week end prochain!!!!!
